Bilateral Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs

Clinical Appearance: enlarged and tortuous veins of the greater saphenous system, occuring bilateral, with preponderance to the left calf.
Clinic: dilatații venoase importante în sistemele venelor safene interne, bilateral, predominante la gamba stângă.
Clinical Appearance: massive dilatation of the veins lying on the medial aspect of the right knee.
Clinic: dilatație masivă a venelor de pe fața medială a genunchiului drept.
Clinical Compresion Test: the right knee varices fill rapidly after releasing the tourniquet placed around the distal thigh, indicating incompetence of perforating veins situated below the tourniquet placed around the proximal thigh.
Proba celor trei garouri: pachetul varicos de la genunchiul drept se umple după ridicarea garoului de la segmentul distal al coapsei, semnalând prezența venelor comunicante insuficiente de sub garoul de la segmentul proximal al coapsei.
